These terms outline the possible and various uses of cookies that we may apply on the website. They were reviewed in May 2025 and may vary until their next revision.
What are cookies?
Cookies and other similar technologies are tools used by web servers to store and retrieve information about their visitors, as well as to provide proper functionality of the site.
Through the use of these devices, the web server is allowed to remember certain data concerning the user, such as their preferences for viewing pages from that server, username and password, most interesting products, enabling faster access, storing and retrieving information about browsing habits, etc.
They are associated with an anonymous user, without the device providing references that allow personal data to be known, unless authorized.
Cookies regulated by law and exempt cookies
According to the EU directive, cookies that require informed consent from the user are analytics, advertising, and affiliate cookies, while those of a technical nature and those necessary for the operation of the website or the provision of services expressly requested by the user are exempt.
Types of cookies
According to their purpose:
- Technical and functional cookies: These allow the user to browse a website, platform or application and use the different options or services available on it.

Social media platforms have the ability to track your online activity outside the Services. This may affect the content and messages you see on other services you visit.
- Affiliate cookies: These allow tracking of visits from other websites with which the site has an affiliation agreement (affiliate companies).
- Security cookies: These store encrypted information to prevent the data stored in them from being vulnerable to malicious attacks by third parties.

- First-party cookies: These are sent to the user’s terminal from a server or domain managed by the website owner and from which the requested service is provided.
- Third-party cookies: These are sent to the user’s terminal from a server or domain not managed by the website owner, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through cookies.
According to their duration:
- Session cookies: These are designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website.
